RealDev-School – Refund Policy

All purchases, enrollments, and payments made through RealDev-School are final and non-refundable.

By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

This applies to:

• Online courses, programs, and workshops;

• Digital downloads, templates, and resources;

• Memberships, subscriptions, and event registrations

2. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Access to programs or materials is granted only after successful payment.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

3. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Because our products include digital goods, intellectual property, and immediate access to online learning, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including:

• Change of mind or scheduling conflicts;

• Non-participation or incomplete program usage;

• Perceived lack of benefit or outcome;

• Technical issues not directly caused by RealDev-School

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a course or resource, please contact support@oharadev.com for assistance.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or processing error), contact support@oharadev.com within 7 calendar days of purchase.

RealDev-School reserves the right to review and resolve such cases at its sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider constitutes a breach of our Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to all programs and services;

• Pursue recovery of owed amounts, including reasonable legal and collection fees

6. Payment Plans (If Applicable)

If payment plans are offered:

• You agree to make all scheduled payments on time until the total balance is paid.

• Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access or referral to collections.

• Early cancellation does not eliminate your financial obligation

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes associated with your purchase.

8. Updates to This Policy

RealDev-School may modify this Refund & Payment Policy at any time. Updates will take effect upon posting to the website, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
