RealDev-School – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealDev-School (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use RealDev-School.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on RealDev-School for your personal, non-commercial use only.


Under this license you may not:

• Modify, copy, or reproduce materials except for your own learning purposes;

• Use materials for any commercial or public display;

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise access source code;

• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or

• Transfer materials to another person or mirror them on any other server.

This license automatically terminates if you violate any restriction and may be terminated by RealDev-School at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether electronic or printed.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use RealDev-School only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

You may not:

• Share login credentials or give others access to your account;

• Resell, redistribute, or reproduce any course content, frameworks, or materials;

• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code;

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or

• Use the Site to develop or promote a competing product or service.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, programs, frameworks, downloads, designs, videos, graphics, and written materials available through RealDev-School are the exclusive property of RealDev-School or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.


Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Payments, No Refunds, and Chargebacks

All purchases, enrollments, and subscriptions made through RealDev-School are final and non-refundable.


By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any product, course, or digital material;

• Non-use or failure to complete a program does not qualify for a refund;

• All fees must be paid in full before access is granted; and

• Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without prior written notice constitutes a breach of these Terms.

If a duplicate charge or verifiable technical error occurs, RealDev-School may, at its sole discretion, review and resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimers

All materials and services provided on RealDev-School are offered “as is” and “as available.”
RealDev-School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


We do not warrant that:

• The Site or its content will always be available or uninterrupted;

• Any defects or errors will be corrected; or

• The results of using our materials will meet your expectations.

You assume full responsibility for how you use the Site and any results obtained.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealDev-School shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Site or its materials—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

8. Revisions and Updates

The materials appearing on RealDev-School may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
We may change, update, or remove content at any time without notice and make no commitment to update materials.

9. Links to Other Sites

RealDev-School may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the contents, privacy practices, or reliability of any linked sites. Use of any linked website is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to RealDev-School at our sole discretion, without notice or refund, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the Site, its community, or our intellectual property.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted through informal negotiation.
If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Maryland, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action and to resolve all disputes individually.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies posted on RealDev-School, constitute the entire agreement between you and RealDev-School regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
